Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is the most commonly encountered peripheral vestibular disorder in clinical practice. The prevalence rate of BPPV has been reported to be higher older adults than younger individuals. Although there evidence for effectiveness canalith repositioning procedure (CRP) posterior canal BPPV, success this significantly lower patients as compared with patients. Since often improves spontaneously, it not necessary perform CRP cervical or lumbar disorders. should differentiated from other diseases, including central and vertebrobasilar insufficiency associated complaint vertigo.
